furnished apartments, holiday
cottages and some Bed and Breakfast
rooms, ideal for your professional,
tourist or cultural stays.
For
short stays, from a few nights
to a few weeks (90 days maximum),
Urban Sejour selects quality
B&B rooms, furnished apartments
and holiday cottages in various
districts of Lyon city and in
the surrounding area.
Our
priorities: to offer you a wide
choice of locations, in
comfortable accommodations with
weekly cleaning and all utilities
included, to make your stay
more enjoyable. A practical
and friendly alternative to
hotels.
|  The
longer your stay, the lower
are the rates. Tariffs start
decreasing from only:

3 or 4 nights for B&Bs.
. 2 weeks for apartments
and houses.
A local
tax which differs between 0.88
to 1.10 Euro per day and per
person will be added to your
bill (children under 13 are
exempt).

Our rates include many services:

You will be welcomed personally
by the owners or his representative
on your arrival.

ADSL access to the Internet
(Ethernet or / and WiFi).

Weekly cleaning.

Bed linen and towels are
supplied and renewed weekly.

Booking confirmed as soon
as you pay a deposit by Visa
or MasterCard (no additional
charge).

No extra charges for utilities
(heating, lighting, gas, insurance).
However Urban Sejour provides
for a consumption limit for
water and electricity. Electricity:
35 Kilowatts / day (accommodations
< 40 sq.m.), 70 Kilowatts
/ day (accommodations < 80
sq.m.) and 100 Kilowatts/day
(accommodations > 80 sq.m.).
The consumption of water is
0.25 cubic meter per day and
per person. You will have to
pay for a possible additional
consumption.

Urban
Sejour offers you a selection
of Bed and Breakfast rooms,
furnished apartments and holiday
cottages for short term lets
(90 days maximum).
After
receipt of a deposit of 15%,
settled by Credit Card (secure
on-line payment system, Urban
Sejour will confirm your reservation
by e-mail and will send you
a tenancy agreement.
The
only extra: you will have to
pay a tourist tax which differs
between 0.88 to 1.10 Euro per
person and per day (children
under the age of 13 are exempt)
Our tariffs are subject
to a sliding scale and decrease:
=> From 3 or 4 nights
for B & B accommodation
=> From the 2nd week
for apartments and cottages
For apartments and cottages,
a deposit against damages will
be requested, either in the
form of a check or cash, when
you collect the keys. The amount
payable appears in the detailed
information which is provided
for all our accommodations and
will be refund at the end of
your stay.
