Please present your company
to us.
My
Flat in Paris owns and manages
a portfolio of apartments located
in the 8e, 9e, 16e, 17e arrondissements
and in Neuilly.
 They
are entirely renovated and completely
restructured and furnished by
our architect who puts an emphasis
on optimised bathrooms, fully
equipped custom-made kitchens
(with dishwasher, microwave
oven, refrigerator, halogen
hotplates, toaster, coffee machine,
kettle, tableware) and other
important features such as a
washer-dryer, an iron and board,
a vacuum cleaner, a flat screen
television, a DVD player, a
stereo, additional sheets and
bath towels.
The
same services are provided in
all our apartments : a weekly
cleaning (except for stays of
one week), WIFI, cable TV (international
channels), assistance during
the tenant's stay, telephone
free of charge to landlines
of many areas of the world and
landlines and mobile phones
to the US and Canada. Our prices
also include insurance, electricity
subscription, telephone subscription,
agency fees and taxes.

does this represent ?
 Our
apartments are exclusively in
the business districts of Paris
(8e, 9e, 16e, 17e arrondissements)
and in Neuilly, which allows
an easy and convenient access
for our corporate clients to
their offices and for foreign
tourists, who are close to many
tourist sites such as the Champs
Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe
and the Eiffel Tower. Our flats
are located in « Haussmannian
» buildings which are
still today synonymous with
quality and prestige.

What is your clientele's profile
?
We
work mainly with international
companies ; we welcome their
employees for stays from a few
weeks to a few months. Our clientele
is international and appreciates
the proximity of their flats
to their companies, as well
as the security and the peace
and quiet of the western districts
of Paris.

to your competitors ? We
own our apartments and we offer
the same services and the same
features in all our flats allowing
homogeneity of the portfolio.
Our tenants are assisted
throughout their stay and can
reach us 7 days a week. We
have our own housekeeping and
maintenance teams, that react
quickly when needed.
